Our crew will install a crisp, white painted post (or a custom post) and attach your sign and/or rider. We will ensure that your sign is installed in a visually appealing spot on the property and is level and secure. We will safely store your signs when they are not being used.
Each time a sign is placed and removed, you will receive a photo emailed to you for confirmation.
NOTES ABOUT RATES:
• $66 – Standard install (within 25 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids)

• $33 – Rider added or switched after original install (within 25 miles of Downtown GR)
• $25 – Second sign installed at same time as original install
• $15 – Directional signs (up to 2) at time of original sign install
• $33 – Office stop (within 25 miles of Downtown GR)
• $80 – Post replacement (if missing or damaged during listing)
• $70 – Combined with lockbox install (within 25 miles of Downtown GR)
• $33 – Reinstall due to windstorm or issues outside SimpleList’s control (within 25 miles of Downtown GR)
*There will be be an additional charge of $30 on business days and $50 on weekends for orders with less than 2 business days notice.
