Our crew will install your commercial real estate sign and/or rider in the place of your choosing. We will ensure that your sign is installed in a visually appealing spot on the property and is level and secure. We will safely store your signs when they are not being used.
Each time a sign is placed and removed, you will receive a photo emailed to you for confirmation.
NOTES ABOUT RATES:
• $140 – 4x4 post sign + rider(s)
• $75 – Second 4x4 sign installed at same time as original install
• $160 – 4x8 post sign + rider(s)
• $85 – 4x4 metal sign + rider(s) (frame provided by agent)
• $66 – Small metal sign + rider(s) (frame provided by agent)
• $25 – Second small metal sign installed at same time as original install
• $80 – Post replacement (if missing or damaged during listing)
• Half of the install price – Reinstall (windstorm or issues outside SimpleList’s control)

*There will be be an additional charge of $30 on business days and $50 on weekends for orders with less than 2 business days notice.

NOTES ON DISTANCE:
*The above prices are for orders within 25 miles of Downtown Grand Rapids. There will be a charge of $4/mile (one way) for distances beyond this amount.
